Nemco Food Equipment 56539-2 Easy Onion Slicer II 1/4 in Blade Assembly

The Nemco 56539-2 blade assembly cartridge is a replacement blade set for the Easy Onion Slicer II (Model 56750-2). Designed to deliver consistent 1/4 inch cuts, it accommodates 13 blades for uniform slicing of onions and other firm produce. The pretensioned cartridge helps reduce blade exposure and eliminates the need for tightening. A quick pin removal design makes the assembly easy to remove for cleaning or replacement while keeping blades aligned to protect the pusher block and edges.
