The San Jamar Saf-T-Grip CBG6938YL is a compact 6 x 9 x 3/8 yellow bar cutting board engineered for busy commercial kitchens where food safety and HACCP compliance are paramount. Constructed from a proprietary co-polymer blend, this board is formulated to resist warping under commercial dishwasher temperatures while minimizing knife dulling during heavy daily use. The yellow color designation integrates seamlessly into HACCP color-coding programs, helping kitchens dedicate specific boards to specific food groups and reduce cross-contamination risk. Anti-slip grip corners stabilize the board on any work surface, and a molded-in food safety hook allows sanitary handling without contacting prepped ingredients. NSF certified and available with optional custom laser marking, this board is a reliable workhorse for bar prep stations, garde manger, and high-volume food service operations.
