The San Jamar Saf-T-Grip Board Mate (CBM1318) is a 13 x 18 cutting board safety mat engineered to eliminate dangerous board slippage during high-volume prep work. Its textured, non-porous proprietary blend surface grips cutting boards firmly in place, directly reducing the risk of knife injuries in fast-paced commercial kitchens. The non-absorbent construction resists liquid penetration, making it a hygienic barrier that minimizes cross-contamination between tasks. NSF certified and made in the United States, it delivers the durability and sanitation compliance that foodservice professionals demand. The mat also works well for anchoring countertop appliances, adding versatility beyond the cutting station.
