The San Jamar Saf-T-Grip Cutting Board Mate (CBM1622) is a 16 x 22 cutting board safety mat engineered to keep cutting boards firmly in place during high-volume food prep. Constructed from non-absorbent synthetic rubber, it resists liquid absorption to minimize cross-contamination risks in professional kitchen environments. Its textured surface grips the underside of cutting boards to reduce dangerous slipping, protecting kitchen staff from knife-related injuries. Dishwasher safe and NSF certified, this mat is built to meet the sanitation demands of commercial food service operations. It can also double as a stabilizing pad for countertop appliances, adding versatility to any prep station.
