The San Jamar KA5500 KatchAll Magnetic Flatware Retriever Lid is purpose-built to stop silverware loss at the trash can, one of the most common and costly sources of flatware attrition in foodservice operations. A built-in magnetic bar intercepts 13/0 and 18/0 stainless steel forks, spoons, and knives before they disappear into the refuse, delivering immediate ROI in busy restaurants, cafeterias, buffets, and reception halls. Molded from durable HDPE plastic, the lid is designed for the punishment of front- and back-of-house environments and is dishwasher safe for quick, code-compliant cleaning. At 27 inches in diameter, the KA5500 is engineered for universal fit across most major 55-gallon round commercial waste containers, including Carlisle TrimLine and Rubbermaid Brute cans. Made in the USA and recyclable, it represents a rugged and responsible investment for any high-volume operation looking to cut flatware replacement costs.
