The Server Products 81230 Twin FSP is a dual-well stainless steel water-bath topping warmer built for demanding foodservice environments. Each well operates independently with its own thermostat and power switch, enabling simultaneous temperature control of two different sauces or toppings without risk of burning or scorching. The unit ships with two stainless steel portion-controlled pumps that dispense directly from a standard #10 can or a 3-quart stainless steel jar, with a maximum 1 oz portion that can be dialed down in 1/8 oz increments using the included gauging collars. Integrated water fill lines in each well prevent overflow accidents, keeping service clean and efficient.
