The Server Products 82500 FS Model is a compact, stainless steel countertop topping warmer built for busy dessert and food service stations. It utilizes a water-bath system with a wrap-around heating element that delivers even, consistent heat to ice cream toppings, hot fudge, caramel, and similar sauces, completely eliminating hot spots. A temperature-controlled thermostat automatically senses food temperature and cycles the element on or off to prevent scorching or burning during extended service periods. The unit accepts a standard #10 can or 3-quart jar (sold separately) and includes a 1 oz stainless steel serving ladle with a lift-off lid to protect product between servings. For added operational flexibility, the base is compatible with an optional portion-controlled pump (81320) or a three-bottle squeeze inset (86819).
