The T&S Brass AG-5C is a 2-piece quick disconnect gas appliance connector from the Safe-T-Link line, purpose-built for commercial foodservice kitchens. Both the inlet and outlet feature 1/2 NPT female freespin connections, allowing for tool-free positioning and simplified hookup without twisting the gas line. The solid brass socket and plug design delivers efficient, full gas flow and provides an automatic shut-off when the plug and socket are separated, adding a critical layer of safety in busy kitchen environments. Rated for a minimum capacity of 99,000 BTU/hr, a maximum operating pressure of 0.5 psi, and a maximum temperature of 350F, this connector is engineered for the rigors of professional cooking equipment. Compliance with ANSI Z21.41/CSA 6.9 and NFPA 54 ensures the AG-5C meets code requirements for gas appliance connections.
