The T&S Brass AG-5D is a 2-piece quick disconnect gas appliance connector from the Safe-T-Link product line, engineered for reliable performance in commercial foodservice installations. Built with a brass socket and plug, it features 3/4 NPT female freespin connections on both the inlet and outlet, allowing for easy positioning during installation and providing efficient, full gas flow. A key safety benefit is that the quick-disconnect socket functions as a built-in shut-off valve whenever the plug and socket are separated, preventing unintended gas release. Rated for a minimum capacity of 212,000 BTU/hr and a maximum operating temperature of 350F, it meets ANSI Z21.41 / CSA 6.9 and NFPA 54 compliance standards for peace of mind in demanding kitchen environments.
