The Tablecraft 3306 is a 19-inch round square mesh skimmer built for fast and precise straining in professional, high-volume kitchens. Its 6-inch diameter bowl features a tight square wire mesh pattern that efficiently captures solids while rapidly draining liquids back into the pot. The extended handle design keeps hands and forearms safely away from hot cooking liquids, making it a go-to tool for pasta stations, fry lines, stock prep, and blanching operations. Constructed with nickel-plated steel throughout, this skimmer delivers reliable durability through the rigors of daily commercial use.
