The Thunder Group ALWDPP2512 is a professional-grade 25-inch aluminum pizza peel built to meet the demands of high-volume pizza parlors, artisan bakeries, and commercial kitchens. The 14 x 12 heavy-gauge Alum 3003 aluminum blade resists warping and bending, providing consistent, reliable support when sliding pizzas on and off hot deck ovens or baking stones. Its smooth aluminum surface cleans up quickly and withstands scrubbing and other rigorous treatment. The natural hardwood handle features secure rivet construction, offering a confident grip while keeping hands at a safe working distance from intense oven heat. A versatile tool equally suited for handling pizzas, breads, calzones, and focaccia in any professional foodservice environment.
