The Thunder Group SEJ22000 is a commercial rice warmer designed to hold and serve up to 50 cups of cooked rice (about 100 bowls) in high-volume operations. Its mirror-finished stainless steel exterior and hinged lid are built for durability and easy access during service. A nonstick, Teflon-coated aluminum inner pot supports quick cleanup, and an indicator light shows warming status. This unit is a warmer only and is intended to keep rice warm for hours after cooking.
