The Thunder Group SLOL003 is a 2-ounce serving ladle from the SLOL Series, built for consistent, accurate portioning of soups, sauces, and dressings in high-volume commercial kitchens. Its one-piece stainless steel construction eliminates joints and seams where bacteria can harbor, simplifying sanitation and maximizing durability. At 10 inches in length, it provides comfortable reach into standard pots and hotel pans without the risk of hand contact with hot contents. The hooked handle design allows the ladle to rest securely on pot rims or railing systems between uses, reducing the risk of cross-contamination on busy cook lines. NSF certified, this ladle meets the rigorous sanitation standards expected in professional foodservice environments.
