The Thunder Group SLOL005 is a 4-ounce stainless steel serving ladle engineered for consistent portioning in high-volume commercial kitchens. Its one-piece construction eliminates the joints found in multi-part ladles, preventing loosening and removing hard-to-clean debris traps over time. At just under 12 inches in length, it provides comfortable reach into deep stockpots and steam table inserts while keeping hands safely away from heat. The hooked handle rests securely along pot edges between scoops and supports convenient hanging storage. Lightweight at 0.28 lbs and finished in a corrosion-resistant silver, this ladle is built to stand up to the daily demands of soup stations, sauce service, and cafeteria lines.
