The Thunder Group SLSTN3314R is a heavy-duty, nickel-plated reinforced double fine mesh strainer built for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. The generously sized 13 3/4-inch diameter bowl is 8 inches deep, offering ample capacity for straining pasta, rice, stocks, and sauces in quantity. A reinforced nickel-plated underframe adds structural integrity to the double fine mesh, ensuring long-term durability under rigorous daily use. The flat wooden handle spans nearly 20 inches for a safe, comfortable grip while keeping hands away from heat, and a pan hook at the end allows the strainer to rest securely on pots and pans for hands-free draining.
