Vollrath 47390 Jacob\’s Pride #6 White Squeeze Handle Disher – 4.7 oz.

The Vollrath 47390 is a #6 size squeeze-handle disher from the Jacob\’s Pride line, engineered to deliver consistent 4.7 oz portions of soft foods with every scoop. It features a durable stainless steel bowl and neck paired with a patented squeezable plastic handle that eliminates springs entirely, reducing part loss and maintenance headaches through its simple two-part construction. The white color-coded handle enables instant size identification and helps prevent cross-contamination across a busy service line. Its universal ergonomic design works equally well for right- and left-handed staff, and the standard handle length is fully compatible with all steam table pan depths. NSF-certified and ideal for portioning rice, mashed potatoes, desserts, and other soft foods with speed and accuracy.
