The Vollrath 68408 Wear-Ever Classic Select sauce pot is built for the demands of a professional kitchen, delivering consistent, reliable performance in an 8.5-quart capacity. Constructed from heavy-gauge, impact-resistant 3004-Series aluminum, this sauce pot features a double-thick bottom that ensures even heat distribution and eliminates hot spots, critical for sauces and reductions. Its wide bottom and lower sides maximize surface area, making it ideal for preparing soups, stews, sauces, and reducing liquids efficiently. Solid welded aluminum handles provide secure, safe transport, and the smooth natural-finish interior is easy to clean between uses. NSF-certified and made in the USA, this pot is covered by a lifetime limited warranty.
