Constructed from impact-resistant 3004-Series aluminum at 2-gauge thickness, the double-thick bottom ensures even heat distribution and eliminates hot spots for consistent results. The tall, narrow shape promotes optimal circulation, allowing liquids to bubble up through food for maximum flavor extraction. Solid welded aluminum handles provide a secure grip and easy transport, while the smooth natural-finish interior simplifies cleaning between uses. NSF-certified and made in the USA, this pot is backed by Vollrath\’s Jacob\’s Pride lifetime limited warranty.
