The Vollrath 68690 is a 100-quart Wear-Ever Classic Select heavy-duty stock pot engineered for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from impact-resistant 3004-series aluminum at a full 1/4-inch gauge, the pot offers outstanding durability along with a double-thick bottom that promotes even heat distribution and eliminates hot spots. Its tall, narrow profile is purpose-built for stocks, soups, and large-batch liquids, allowing liquids to bubble up through the food for deeper flavor extraction. Welded aluminum handles deliver a secure grip for safe handling, and the smooth natural-finish interior cleans up quickly after heavy use. NSF-certified and proudly made in the USA, this pot is backed by Vollrath\’s Jacob\’s Pride lifetime limited warranty.
