The American Metalcraft WPU91 is a wooden sizzle platter underliner designed specifically to pair with the PLA912 cast iron sizzle platter. Measuring 13-1/2 L x 9-3/4 W, this oval wood underliner shields tabletops and linens from the intense heat of sizzling entrees while adding a natural, rustic presentation element to tableside service. Built-in side handles give servers a confident, secure grip when carrying hot platters through a busy dining room. The chip- and break-resistant wood composite construction is built to withstand the rigors of daily commercial use, making it a reliable staple for steakhouses, fajita programs, and any operation serving hot platter dishes.
