The Ateco 401 Ruffle Tube is a go-to decorating tip for pastry professionals and serious home bakers looking to add refined, flowing detail to cakes and confections. Its U-shaped opening produces clean ruffles, scallops, ribbons, bows, and large buttercream flowers with consistent, repeatable results. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the tip resists rust and holds its precise shape through heavy production use. It fits standard Ateco 400 and 407 couplers, allowing quick tip changes without swapping pastry bags. A tip opening of 0.37 inches and a bottom diameter of 11/16 inches give decorators excellent control over scale and definition.
