The Alfa International VS-12KDS is a complete S knife holder assembly designed for vegetable slicing on compatible hubs and slicer attachments. Built with a stainless steel knife and a thickness adjustment knob, it helps operators dial in consistent slice results. This assembly can swap with the VS-12DH disk holder when you need to change over to grating or shredding setups. It is intended as a replacement assembly for Alfa GS-12 or VS-12 applications and is also used as a replacement in Hobart VS9 vegetable slicers.
