The American Metalcraft 7012 is a heavy-duty aluminum stacking pan cover engineered for 12 pizza and dough pans used in high-volume foodservice operations. With an 11-3/4 inner diameter, 13-1/2 outer diameter, and a low 1/4 profile, it nests securely over compatible pans to protect dough and other contents from contaminants during storage and proofing. Its corrosion-resistant aluminum construction ensures long-lasting durability in demanding commercial kitchen environments. The 7012 is compatible with a wide range of American Metalcraft pans, including the 4012, 5012, 5112, 8012, DEP12, 2012, and 9012 models. Handwash only; not dishwasher safe.
