Master Grade I.O. Shen 3024 Nakiri Vegetable Knife 6.5 in. / 165 mm

The Master Grade I.O. Shen 3024 Nakiri is a 6.5-inch Japanese vegetable knife engineered for the professional kitchen, delivering clean, precise cuts through firm vegetables without cracking or crushing. At the core of its performance is proprietary Triplex Steel Technology: a super-hard ERDON 62 steel core sandwiched between two layers of softer ERDON 10 steel, eliminating brittleness while producing an exceptionally durable cutting edge. Each knife is handcrafted by a knife master over an average of 7 hours, honed to a precise 15 angle with a mirror-finished, hand-polished cutting edge. The signature ebonite Tai Tang handle draws on Yin Yang philosophy for a balanced, slip-resistant grip that is both functional and a work of art. Hand wash only is required to preserve the blade\’s performance and handle integrity.
