The Robot Coupe 102690S discharge plate is designed for use with select Robot Coupe large food processors during continuous-feed operation. It helps whisk processed product into the output chute, making it easy to remove pureed fruits and vegetables from the cutter bowl quickly and cleanly. It is also well-suited for applications like mashed potatoes where smooth, consistent discharge is important. Verify compatibility with your specific unit before ordering.
