The San Jamar Saf-T-Grip Board-Mate CBM1016 is a 10 x 16 cutting board safety mat engineered to keep cutting boards firmly anchored during active food prep, significantly reducing the risk of knife injuries caused by board movement. Its textured, non-porous surface grips the underside of any cutting board while refusing to absorb liquids, making it an effective barrier against cross-contamination in busy commercial kitchens. NSF certified and dishwasher safe, the Board-Mate is built to uphold the strict hygiene and safety standards demanded in professional foodservice environments. Manufactured in the USA from a proprietary blend material, it also doubles as a secure, non-slip base for small countertop appliances.
